Well I'll be the first to say I have been through extensive counseling and I can now say things like "I LOVE MYSELF", "I CAN DO ANYTHING I PUT MY MIND TO". I was a shell of a woman with so many hang ups and fears, and my major fear was being alone. I have faced those fears and the more fears I face the more I wanted to face. I have wanted to start my own daycare business for years, and lacked the confidence and self motivation needed to do so. However I did start that business this year and it has flourished. I am happier now than I have ever been. I have daily fears still to face, however I no longer run from them I face them head on.
