I am a very affectionate woman with the right man. In general, I'm just what you call "touchy, feely". I say that because some people just do not like to be touched by anyone. I'm a hugger! I enjoy the beach, working out at the gym, horseback riding (although I don't get to go very often), swimming, going out to dinner and a movie, sitting at home and watch a movie, etc. I enjoy life--it's too short!! I purpose in my life to be a good christian women, but I'm far from being anywhere near perfect. I believe that it's the most important thing for me to do, and then everything else will come into place according to His will for my life. I love the quotes, "Live, Love, Laugh", and "Life is not about how many breaths you take, but how many moments that take your breath away." I have been divorced for a year and a half. I've learned so much from everything I've been through. I wouldn't be the woman I am today if I had not gone through the things I've been through. It's amazing how God can turn "good things" out of something horrible. You have to put the past behind you and move on. If not, you become stagnet and get absolutely no where. You just remain a miserable human being. There's too much life out there to live. You just have to reach out there and grab hold of it. It's not just going to come knock on your door. Life is all about what you make it. We've all had our ups and downs. The way I see it is that the "downs" only make us stronger than we were. They build true character inside of us. It's up to us to allow it to make us better than we were before. Then, we are able to be the woman or man God would have us be for that "special" person in our life. That's me in a short version. I graduated in 1982 from O.S.H.S. I pursued a career in cosmetology in which I still keep my hands in. I then pursued my career in teaching, graduating from USM with a Bachelor of Science and from William Carey College, a Master of Education degree.   I teach 3rd grade. I've been teaching for 6 years. I love what I do. It's challenging, but so rewarding. Kids need us more today than ever. They face much in today's society.

The main thing that I can say about my mate would be that he would have to have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ and keep Him first in his life. Then, I would know beyond a shadow of a doubt that this relationship would truly be for a lifetime. Everything else will just fall into place!
