I truly see the world in a different way. I think a good way- I find humor in the cruel ironies and absurdities of this thing called life. I have recently moved back to this part of the country. I grew up in the suburbs of Memphis, but I have lived in Texas and New York City since 1989 when I graduated from Ole Miss. Being back here, I'd just like to say that Faulkner had fertile ground. I want to meet someone that I can trust, share my life with, laugh and love with. However, I'm also looking for friendships too. There is not much socializing going on around here, and I'd like to at the very least have someone to pal around with. If it progresses from there, ICING ON THE CAKE!
I'm so not good at this. What are you supposed to say here? It is important to me that I treat others with kindness. I'm a great friend. I am fiercely loyal! I have career, family, and scholastic achievements that I could trot out, but how boring. I'll leave it at that!
I want to meet someone that has common interests and new interests that he can share with me. I don't believe that a couple has to share every single moment together.Being trustworthy and open-minded are probably the two most important traits - oh well, besides a great sense of humor. I am the first one to laugh at myself so I find it terribly unattractive when people take themselves too seriously. I'm just rambling now - but, I guess I want what most women want - someone to grow old with. Not just anyone - a special someone that admires my strengths and cherishes my quirks! In the great words of Smashmouth - "I want someone to hit the reset button on the counter of my heart."
