I enjoy staying mentally, physically, emotionally and spiritually healthy.  Balance is a very good thing.  I enjoy reading, walking and hiking, biking, cooking and eating healthy, yoga and herbal gardening.  I am not into television, sports fanatics, motorcycles, long distant relationships or people with addictions.  My favorite time of year is autumn.
