I am a grad student majoring in American lit. My friends would describe me as caring, loyal, and funny (I love my friends).  I have a somewhat irreverent sense of humor, and I love to laugh. Usually I don't like to brag about myself that much, but the server wouldn't accept my modesty, so here we go :). In high school, I was well known for being the unofficial captain of our Quiz Bowl team. Anyone who knows me well will tell you about my penchant for trivia, as well as my ability to play a mean game of Scrabble (don't you want to take me on?) As far as my more serious pursuits go, I graduated with an honors degree in English from a women's school well known for its writing program. Last year, I completed an honors thesis related to Virginia Woolf. These accomplishments have helped to define and establish my identity as a writer and connoisseur of the written word.

As a graduate of an all women's college, I loved the sense of close knit camaraderie I experienced with other women there. I am seeking that same kind of companionship in a romantic relationship with a woman. I have concluded that only a woman can truly understand and satisfy another woman's needs and desires. I want to be able to do this for my partner, as well as receive the same courtesy from her.
