I've lived in North Carolina for almost five years, after moving here from Delaware, but haven't met many people outside of the office where I work.  I'm into just about anything - I can't stand just sitting at home doing nothing, especially not if the weather is nice outside.  I like reading, listening to music, taking walks, hanging out with friends, playing pool, bowling, going out, etc.  I love the beach, although I haven't been in a really long time (that will change this summer though!).  I travel as much as possible, mostly back home to Delaware to visit family.  I work full time at the same company I've been at since I moved here.  Overall, I really like my job, but like anything else, it has it's days!  I'm totally non-photogenic, so I promise the real thing is better than the pictures!

I suppose my biggest accomplishment would be moving here on my own!  I found a job online, applied for it, and within a week after the interview I had packed up everything I owned and moved down here!  I knew one person in the whole state at the time, and all my family is either back in Delaware or spread across the country.  So, I'm proud of that!  Oh, and I can cook...if the way to a man's heart is through his stomach, I've got that covered!  : )

I'd like to meet someone that I can have fun with!  I don't want us to have to spend 24 hours a day together, because I think being able to still do your own thing is important in a relationship, but I should still be able to count on them to be around when I need them.  Basically, just someone who is emotionally and financially stable who is open to new experiences and likes to enjoy their days off! I like getting out and doing stuff, whether it's going for walks or hanging out at the pool or taking weekend trips or going to the park or whatever!
