My father was from Europe and my mother from South America (they met in English school), I was born and raised in NJ suburbia but never conformed to the diet and lifestyle. I've been pretty much vegetarian (although I occassionally cheat) since I was 17. I love being active and healthy but I also have a lot of other passions. Yoga definitely tops the list. Music and the arts are also very important in my life... did I mention my family? I am very close with my kids and my extended family which happens to extend over a few continents... visiting them is the best part!!! Next Summer Budapest and Spain, what to come?
