Divorced, stay-at-home mom wants more out of life..,play the part of PTA mom, soccer mom, dance mom, taxi driver, chief cook and bottle washer... Now is the time for mom to start looking for a life beyond the kids. Want to be able to hold a conversation that doesn't involve any Nick characters, themes or plots, see movies that are not animated (though I will watch any DIsney movie kids or not!) and are rated above PG, want to eat dinner in a place where none of the meals contain the word "Happy"...drink drinks that are for grown-ups only...do things that "mommy" thinks are fun... I could brag about what I did professionally (but that was over four years ago!) but that doesn't make me who am I now, today.  I gave up my professional career (as a Director of Operations for a consulting firm -- o'kay, so I can brag a bit) to be a full-time mom to my three children.  And they are my greatest accomplishment, without a doubt.  In their eyes, I see the world of love, laughter, and greatness that I have given them. Beyond that, I am a cook -- love to be in the kitchen...used to own a small cheesecake business (You have never tasted a cheesecake until you've tried mine!) that grew too big for my little kitchen.  I have over 30 recipes that are my own and perfected!   Though along with cooking, I have to admit, I hate to do the dishes when I'm done! Another wierd accomplishment that may surprise a few, I've also restored three cars (a '68 Firebird, a '72 Mustang and a '69 Camaro -- so I have a thing for Muscle Cars!   But now, life has forced me to drive, of all things, a mini-van!) completely (body, interior, and engine).   I am not afraid to change my own tire or check my own oil!  Enough bragging for now...

Am I looking for you?  Are you the one for me?    It seems that I've been looking for that one person as long as I can remember and now that I have the chance to describe him (you), I can't seem to find the right words!  Honesty has to be the number one quality that I'm looking for.  I've done my time and paid the price for the liars and cheats in the world already!   Someone who believes that trust and honesty are the basis for any relationship and who values those same qualities in his significant other Maybe genuine is a better word to describe that one person -- no falseness, no pretensions ...a man who is loyal to himself and to the world around him.  Other important qualities, communication , sense of humor and one last one, the ability to laugh at himself... Doesn't seem too impossible, does it?
