I'm a kind, caring, and a little nutty guy.  I like to swing (no, not like that) dance, and I'm looking into learning salsa.  I spend summer weekends out on LI at my family's summer house and love going to the beach.  I work out 2-3 times a week, I'm not a gym freak but having a girl who would like to work out together would make it a much better experience.  I currently am taking time off from college, I formerly attended Lehigh U.  I work at a small software company doing administrative work for good pay, its definitely not long term though its showed me the corporate scene.  I love to read and I love getting lost in a good novel.  My favourite books are Catch 22, Stranger in a Strange Land, The Count of Monte Cristo, and Slaughter House 5.  My favorite tv shows are Prison Break, West Wing, Iron Chef, and Lost.  My favorite music is somewhat eclectic and my tastes constantly change.

I spent last fall semester volunteering in Princeton and Trenton with several different organisations.  One of the main organisations I worked with was Interfaith Hospitality Network that allowed single women with children to live in the church and save money towards a new place to live.  The other organisation was Crisis Ministry, which provides food and financial support to the neediest in Trenton. My volunteering experience culminated in a trip to Mississippi to help in Katrina relief, we helped several families and cleared their homes so that rebuilding could begin.  I plan on returning sometime this fall for at least two weeks. The other thing that I have accomplished this past year was losing 32 lbs and down two pants sizes over a five month period.

I'm looking for a girl that's not too far away, and is a little crazy herself.  I don't have preferences as far as ethnicity, hair colour, etc.  However, I am looking for a girl that is interested in staying healthy and fit.  I'd like a girl that would like to go out as well as stay in watching movies.  I don't have any specifics on religion though I am spiritual person.  I want a companion more than anything else, a girl with an open mind willing to try new things and go crazy every once in awhile.  I'm close to my family and I would hope that you value family ties as well, though that is not a must.
