Trying something new (for me, anyway).

I have a different perspective on life than others. Things which seem like large issues for some matter little to me, and sometimes I pay more attention to details than most.

But there are traits that are recognizable. I am extremely loyal to those I care for. I use reason rather than raw emotion when trying to solve problems, but indulging in an emotional adventure can be fun.

I like to explore, and learn, and not always in the safe environment of the classroom. I enjoy going out and doing things, but refection in the comfort of my home is also necessary.

I can be easy-going in my choices for friends, but the ones that I care for most return the loyalty I invest in them, and the consideration. And I do think that any potential long term partner should be a friend. I would like someone I could go on hikes or camping trips with. Someone I can talk to about subjects that come up, hopefully with a perspective I had not considered. Physically, I find myself becoming more discriminating. Probably because I hbave been working hard towards impovements on myself. But I don't expect perfection, and in fact, it is often the little quirks about a person that are the most endearing.
