FINALLY figuring out what I want to do with my life, following my passion, and learning to be an independent, self-sufficient, responsible adult...Also, I recently got promoted to management after being at my place of employment for little over a year. It's not much, nor is it all that impressive, but I think it's a good start.

A positive attitude makes anyone more attractive in my eyes. Being open minded and real doesn't hurt either. Honesty and communication are the two things that are an absolute necessity. People tend to disregard those things, but they are the most important things (to me) in any relationship, romantic or platonic.
