I'm an open minded guy who has definite beliefs and convictions, but I'm eager to hear yours too. Activism and volunteerism have always been a large part of my life and have been an outlet for a lot of my creative energy over the years. I've been teaching adaptive skiing to handicapped students for 6 years now, and been involved in climate change and clean elections activism on my college campus. Being confident in my work is an important aspect of my life as a student and activist but is just as important as me being able to joke about myself. You'll find I have a pretty goofy sense of humor once you get to know me.

Some of my accomplishments...In college thus far I've been involved in two groups dealing with issues of climate change and clean elections respectively. In my climate change group I have helped coordinate two major actions from my college, including one rally where over 120 people attended, and a 200 mile bike relay to our state capital to lobby key lawmakers on climate change issues. In addition I was also recognized by a national environmental organization after I won their video contest in the summer of 2007 (my video won me a trip to Live Earth and was distributed to all of the candidates for president at the time).
I have also been a registered Level I Adaptive ski instructor for three years, been a certified soccer referee for 7 years and have had training in Wilderness First Aid.

I'd like to meet a woman who's confident about her direction in life, but is willing to see where new opportunities can take her. Someone who is funny, charming, and open in her communication style would also be a woman I'd find very attractive. I would hope that this same woman could accept me for who I am, including every character flaw she might find...but would be coy enough not to compliment me on my dashing good looks too often. :-p Gotta let me prove myself now right? hehe
