Confidence. Someone with confidence. And optimism. And humor. And a car. Really, though, if I could describe my soul mate, wouldn't that mean that I had met her? I mean, this is just fantasy... imagination... dream stuff. God loves to laugh at people who think they know what they want, after all. That said, I'll give it a try. It's winter, so I picture my soul mate as someone who will play with me and the girls in the snow and curl up with cocoa in front of a fire. Someone who would rather read a book than rent the movie, someone willing to spend an afternoon now and then trying to perfect homemade eggrolls, fried chicken or chili... She has to love children, I knew that before I had any. She has to have a bit of the devil in her, but be willing to see the good in people too. She should love dogs and admire cats, enjoy music and tolerate my singing in the shower regardless. She should love and believe strongly and without apology, but have an open mind and be slow to judge.
