I just graduated from college, and reality has smacked me in the face.

I'm not a normal person because normalcy is lame and subjective. If anything I'm awkward, but not in that creepy sort of way. To each his own...

Anyway, I try to live each day as if it were my last. Life is too short to be angry and miserable (just listen to Bob Marley and you'll be happy hehe). The important things in my life are my family and close friends (who pretty much are family), because without them I don't know if I'd be the person I am today.

Over time, I've come to understand that there are fewer and fewer genuine guys left. I don't mean to sound so jaded and cynical, but it's true. Every time I go into a bar, I feel like everyone there is just looking for a hook-up. I don't do hook-ups; it's not my nature. But, I do know that chivalry is not dead (yay!)

I hope to meet a guy who's confident, caring, affectionate, and personable. My biggest turn-ons (besides looks...haha) are his intelligence and his ability to hold a deep conversation. There is much more to a person than looks.
