simple down to earth country girl. while i can dress up to go out to a nice dinner, i am just as happy being in jeans and a t-shirt and out working in my gardens in my spare time. I love to cook. enjoy camping, and basically anything outdoors. love to relax and cuddle in front of the fire place, watching a good movie at home, (love those movies that got you trying to figure out the ending). but then going out for a few drinks and a game of pool and letting my hair down occasionally, also is fun.
have worked very hard to get where i am. my best accomplishment raising my 3 kids basically on my own, now grown and make me proud every day.I am also grandmother. I am a nurse working in a rehab center/nursing home. I love working with the elderly.they have a unique insight on life from their years of experience. I firmly believe you are never to old to learn and i try to learn something new every day.
when i was 15 i thought i knew it all. when i was 25 i realised how much i didn't know at 15 and how much more there was to learn.. At 35 i made a point of telling my mother and father how much i loved them and appreciated them every week. i realised how much they had sacrificed raising me, as i was now raising teenagers. At 40 something, i look to those i can learn from, and smile when my grown children call mom for advise.
who says fairy tales can't come true? I believe they can. you don't have to look like a prince, but you have to have his heart and his mind.
you have to be caring, thoughtful, loving, and hardworking. cuddling a must.
if your into politics and keep up on current events, that's a plus. i have always said if you don't bother to vote than you have no right to complain! I love a good debate, or just a good conversation. we don't always have to agree, i like hearing different points of view.
