The Golden Rule is very important to me because I work in mental health and I feel that's where many problems begin-when we treat others poorly and only think about ourselves.  I am the older child of two.  I recently graduated from Ohio University with a BA in psychology.  That degree isn't really going to do much for me but I plan on going back to school in a couple of years once I get my feet wet with my full time job.I have a dog and a cat.  My dog goes many places with me.Sadly, I still live at home but I'm in the process of looking for a house.  I'm having a little bit of a hard time though because my company does not pay well.On the plus side this gives me time to find the perfect home as my parents love having me around.I love being outdoors when the weather is nice.  I love camping in the summer and going to drive in movies.  My favorite movies are action/ adventure, comedy, suspense, and sometimes sci fi.  I do watch a lot of Law and Order when I get the chance.  I'm not too into reality tv though.I attend church weekly.  I've been going to a church that some elders and my associate pastor started about two years ago.  I consider myself to be pretty traditional when it comes to families and church but in politics I consider myself to be moderate.

I would like to find a guy who is passionate about something.  It doesn't have to be anything in particular though I would like him to obey what God has planned for him.  I want a simple guy that gets to the point of things-I don't need a guy that keeps me guessing (I get enough of that from myself :) )Honesty, I feel is the most important.  I've been lied to and it doesn't feel good to be in the dark.  Integrity is up there with honesty as well.  He doesn't have to be interested in the same things as me but should definitely show an interest in me.  I want to feel that he would put me before work and sometimes before friends if it's an important issue.  I don't expect this guy to give up everything he has for me but I want to feel that I am of some value to him.I think that when a guy listens to what I have to say and communicates well with me, that makes for a good connection as I am sure that he would want me to listen to what he has to say.Appearance is not so important but I feel there has to be some physical attraction.
