To start off, I am not a fancy woman, I don't dress fancy nor do I talk fancy, I have what you might call southern-country style. People say I have a simple way of talkin, so to first hear me I sound like a country hick, but after living in the country for over 36 years in kinda comes natural. I live in town and don't plan to move back to the country at all.  I'm a 5' 7" lady. I'm interested in Antique Malls, auctions and flea markets. How about you? Organization is not my strongest suit, but I'm not a slob. I'm not in a rush to find just anybody – I want to make sure I find the right someone. People tell me that I'm easy to be around because I'm good at putting myself in their shoes. I have a good sense of humor and likes to joke around but know when not to.  I don't really care for movies (thanks to my late husband), I really don't care for sports either. I am afraid of motorcycles and small boats. I have a dog and a few cats so of course I love pets, they mean a lot to me and keep me company. I am very tender hearted when it comes to certain things, and will tell the truth cause its the way I was raised. I will give an opinion when asked. I don't mind if my guy wears jeans and a shirt or western clothes because I grew up that way. If my guy don't have his own teeth, thats fine too, because I wear dentures myself. All I can say is take me as I am or not, plain and simple!

I really don't have any thing to brag about except that I have 2 grown kids, 5 grandkids and 1 great grandson.  I have been a homemaker for 36 years until my husband passed on in 2006. I have been alone since then, which is nothing to brag about.

You should be willing to take your time while we get to know each other.  I look for someone who has a great sense of humor and can take a joke as well as give one. A guy who like pets and will accept them as I do.  A guy that is protective but overly so.
