Here's the basics: 36yo, 5'9", 180, greying brown hair, blue eyes, hairy chest (it's slowly greying too).  I'm not as fit as I used to be, but no schlub. I'm viciously loyal.  I've often been told that I'm the guy that always 'shows up.'  I've got a very dry and sarcastic sense of humor and believe there is a joke in even the worst of situations.  I know myself.  I'm a TV junkie and the inventor of the TIVO is my hero. I've got 2 ex boyfriends, select close friends, many friends and a zillion acquaintances.  I'm very close to my immediate family and closer to my extended family (see 'select close friends' above).  I'm a jeans and t-shirts kind of guy, but I look great in a pressed shirt and tie. I prefer a night in front of the TV to a night at a bar. I'm not a 'glass half empty'-guy at all, but my humor leans towards the cynical.  I am a firm realist and very logical.

I'm a student again. I was in the dropout class of 1991 and spent 15 years as a dancer/singer/actor in New York. I've been on Broadway once, 3 national tours, 20+ regional productions, 2 TV episodes and 1 film. I'm currently a 2nd semester junior (that's so weird to type) at OCU working towards a BS in Entertainment Business and I have no earthly idea how I got through homework without the internet. I've got a job that I love. I've jumped out of an airplane (on purpose) and I've flown on a trapeeze. I've produced theatre.  I've been a customer service representative for a toy company (I started the day after Christmas - I don't recommend it) and for two years I was the fitness manager for Equinox Gym in NYC.

I firmly believe that everyone is a little messed up.  Some more than others (see '2 ex-boyfriends' above).  The trick is to find the person whose messed up-ed-ness compliments your own. I'm aware of my good points as well as my faults and you should be too. You should be smart, funny, and fit and don't take yourself too seriously.  I'm not one to judge, but please be done with any weekly drinking binges, three-ways, groups, drugs or whatever you were into.  If you need to be intoxicated to have a good time, we're likely not a match. Please have a pliable sense of social decorum and you should be presentable enough to meet my friends.
