I am not like anyone you've ever met before, that may or may not be a good thing depending on what you're looking for.  The way I look at things, the way I feel about things, my opinions and epiphanies about life, love, and just about everything else aren't the same as most folks.  I'm really ok with me and for the most part I'm ok with most people.  I choose not to share space the wilfully ignorant, blatantly intolerant, or defiantly close minded.  Life's too short to give in to the drama so, most of the time, I don't.  I don't want to change/fix/help /make anyo ne whole or better, neither do I want anyone to do any of that for me.  I'm in charge of my own happiness and I have plenty to share.  I am already whole so I'm not looking for my other half.  I don't plan on living forever so I don't want anyone who wants to share forever with me.  I want someone who is in love with themselves and just loves to share the moment with like minded people.  If that ends up happening for the next 50 or so years with the same person then so be it, if not... so be it!  You'd really have to talk to me in some depth to get an accurate picture of "who" I am.  But isn't that true of everyone?   

I am 34 years old, I have fallen madly in love with me, I am raising 2 beautiful, intelligent human beings who call me Mom with the help of 2 sisters, my parents, a roommate, and my ex (of 6 yrs who is still my very best friend).  I will graduate this spring with a Ba in Sociology and a minor in Women's Studies.  I am currently an ambulance dispatcher and an EMT/I and a biker and an adult child of alcoholics (I don't attend any meetings however).  I have been a firefighter, a nursing student, a wife, an E-4 in the Air Force, and a great many other things to many to list.  

Women who love being women.  People who are dictated to by the happiness of their own souls.  Someone who chooses to be at peace more often than not.  People who are comfortable enough within themselves and their own thoughts, ideas, opinions, beliefs to allow others the freedom and space to follow their own regardless of whether or not they share commonalities.  I may not agree with you on some things but I can still respect you and yes, even be your friend!  Unless of course you fall into one of the three categories listed above for people I choose not to be around.  Other than that I would just like to meet open minded, fun-loving, educated people who are looking to share a good time.
