I find life to be an adventure worth living. My daily routines includes sitting on my back porch to watch the sun rise. I really enjoy the fresh morning air as the I listen to the birds chirping in the distance while the occasional pair of geese fly by with their insistent honking. My interests include nutrition and sports and working out. Some of the activities I enjoy are fishing in lakes and in the ocean, and shooting down the steep Avalanche at the water park in Redding. I used to ride horse and sky dive, but haven't had the opportunity to do that now that I am a father of three. I have travelled through Europe from the Netherlands down to Yugoslavia.
