I like to go to new places and try something new.  I've lived in many places across the US including Hawaii, Alaska and New York.  My "new" plan is to just vacation rather than move. : )  Other than driving through Canada on my way to Alaska I've never been outside of this country and would like to travel through Europe.
I like learning and have recently earned my bachelors degree.  Someday I would like to go back to school for my MBA.  In the meantime, I love my career and have a lot of opportunity to learn.  Even so, I don't consider my career to be the most important thing in my life.
I'm pretty casual and love to have fun.  I like to go out dancing and hanging out with friends but I'm not a big drinker.  I also like hiking and going to the movies. 
 

Moving so frequently, and sometimes to remote places, made it difficult to obtain my degree.  I was living in a small town in Alaska and wanted to get a degree in the technology field.  In order to earn my Associates degree I took a 7 month leave of absence from my job and moved to Anchorage.  I went back to my small town during the summer break and worked as an intern at the company I took the leave of absense from.  The internship led to a job offer in my chosen field.  I accepted the position and commuted by plane to Anchorage to complete my degree program.After a few years I decided it was time to earn my bachelors degree.  I earned my bachelors degree online and graduated with a 3.82 GPA.I did actually plan a vacation once that didn't involve moving.  I had a vacation request submitted and approved, plane tickets purchased, hotel and car rental arraingements made, etc. all in less than two hours!  I got awesome prices too.

I'd like to meet a nice guy with traditional values (fidelity, honesty, integrity) but with a more modern view regarding relationships (equality) who can appreciate a woman who is able to completely love an adore him and still have a career and mind of her own.My guy needs to be able to enjoy some spontaneity in his life.  Optimism is a must; I'm not a glass half empty person.  I'm looking for someone who is emotionally healthy and mature.  Occasional drinking is OK but no recreational drugs or addictions.My soul mate would be in reasonably good physical shape so that we could go walking and hiking together, or at least get outside for some kind of activity together.  A willingness to try new activities would certainly be a plus!
