I have been a teacher of young children for 28 yrs. now...I have an adopted daughter, 12 yrs. old, who makes me rich. Her Dad & I have been apart for 2+yrs. Isabel & I live on 3 acres in a rural area.....very different from where I grew up (in suburbia, N.Y.). I love animals (we have quite a few!) and growing things, a good book or movie, singing, dancing, writing my thoughts, visiting family & friends, traveling (to the coast esp.). I feel spiritual about the wonders of nature and human kindnesses.
I am a dedicated teacher....a nurturing mother.....and a good friend & sister & daughter...I like to think I am thoughtful and kind and even funny sometimes. I feel relatively healthy and happy and attractive, and like I make a difference in this world.
