I am honest, intelligent, attractive, physically and mentally healthy. hopefully, always a gentleman.  after thirty years of professional employment, I am now retired. I married in 1969, divorced in 1984. I have had relationships during the intervening years, but my first responsibility, emotional and economic, was to my two children, not a second family.    I have lived alone for the past fourteen years; though alone I was not lonely. there was ample time to "study" me; to get to  know and understand me; to realize the difference between what I want and what I need.     the death of my son in 2001 forever changed my life; my perspectives.hopefully, as I have matured, my intellect has been enriched by way of wisdom, an attribute not acquired in youth. now with the insight of wisdom, I have come to realize that, "the greatest wealth is to live content, with the 'essential' things, for there is never want when the mind is satisfied".   It seems there is nothing in life more 'essential', nothing more beautiful, nothing more pleasurable, nothing more satisfying than the unconditional and unconstrained; intellectual, emotional, physical and sexual, ardor shared by lovers. soooo, what's "essential" at this point in my life? that's an easy one,   "TO LOVE AND BE LOVED," nothing else comes close. !!!!!.

I graduated from college and achieved a satisfactory level of professional employment with adequate financial compensation. I was able to retire early; live without the constraints of a clock and have enjoyed activities while still in excellent health. I have had the time to pursue  hobbies and interests, but would like to share them with a wonderful partner. although my marriage ended in divorce, 'we' brought two wonderful lives into this world; each one giving to this world more than they have taken from it.
