Well let’s get the basics out of the way...

I am a software engineer working at a small Search Engine Optimization company in Philadelphia. I've got just about a semester left until I finish my masters and get to move into the city. I also work part time with a hotel in Atlantic City planning events, along with a small amount of freelance work and entrepreneurship.

I view life as an experience and I’ll be damned if I don’t get as much as possible out of mine. This philosophy has lead me to try as many different things as possible, from scuba diving and skydiving to learning how to cook as many different foods as I can.

I remember when I was little my parents took me to the mall for a bit of holiday shopping. My dad and I got a few steps into the mall before we both stopped and looked at each other. We realized we forgot to hold the door for my mother, who was waiting patiently for one of us to come back and hold the door open for her. My point is Chivalry is far from dead. I was raised on it and have many many more stories of my mom teaching me the correct way to treat a lady, something I am quite proud of now.

That may also be the reason one of my biggest pet peeves is people who lack common courtesy. I’m amazed almost every time I go grocery shopping how few people say excuse me or thank you. It all boils down to just having a basic respect for the people around you.

I thrive off of Spontaneity, and have found the best and most memorable moments of your life often come when you least expect it. One of the most memorable trips of my life was for Villanova’s Final Four appearance in Detroit. A roommate jokingly suggested driving to Detroit to watch the game, less than an hour later we were in the car and on our way.
