Hi! I have been a widow for two years. I am ready to get on with my life and take the plunge into dating again. I find it hard to brag because I tend to be a humble person. I am proud of myself for raising two children who are both in their 20's. My sense of accomplishment also involves around my activities with my church. I sing on a weekly basis with the worship team and with the church choir at Easter and Christmas. Recently , I participated in two talent shows in the area. I didn't win but I had fun!!!! I also am involved with an acting troupe who puts on mystery dinner theaters. Another one is scheduled for March 2009. The acting tends to be improv which uses my razor sharp communication skills which tend to be funny. I enjoy traveling. In 2008, I fulfilled a dream to see Statue of Liberty in NYC. Hope to do more traveling in 2009. Looking for a companion who likes to travel. Because of my work schedule, am only available for 3 day weekend trips. P.S. I do work full time in a supervisory capacity at a local counseling center.
My soul mate is someone who is dependable. He keeps his promises to me. He is someone that everyone says, "He is good guy." He treats me with kindness and respect. He is easy to talk to, slow to anger, but quick to forgive. He will see the humor is the silly things in life and just goes with the flow. In other words, he is easy going. I hope that he is a Christian who walks with the Lord. I hope that he is adventurous and is willing to get out of his comfort zone to try new things.
