I'm an artist of sorts - writer, singer, piano player, (learning to be a) guitar player, sketcher...I guess that's the reason for how sensitive I am emotionally, though I'm getting better at that. It used to be very easy to embarrass me, but it's getting increasingly difficult, for which I am grateful.
I love to be outside. And I love to work out, but I have to fairly force myself to do either because I have a stubborn lazy streak of which I am trying desperately to rid myself. In fact, I am just stubborn in general when I feel seriously about something, though I've learned when to back down.
I don't get angry easily, but I am easily hurt. I can't stand to think that someone might not like me, at least if I'm led to believe it's because of WHO I am and not what I believe.
I've been hurt many times, but each scar on my heart has made me stronger and I believe they merely paint the picture of who I am and who I am meant to be.
I'm not really good at talking about myself...but the most important thing to me is honestly Jesus Christ. You can say I'm just using a Sunday School answer, but that's so not true. Jesus is my everything. He's not a part of my life; He's my whole life. And I would never be able to be with anyone who feels any less about my God than that.

Umm...I guess, I have a full ride to college through academics... I've been in a band, and I'm talking with some people about starting one up in the fall. I received the senior English award in high school (voted on by all of the English teachers on who was most likely to go far in that field and who had the most potential in the subject).
I've been told I'm a good singer and writer...as well as a good friend.

I don't really know what else to say...lol.

First and foremost, I am looking for someone who will love my God more than me. If I ever think he's putting me on the throne of his heart, I'm going to be the one to back off. I don't belong on a throne or a pedestal; I'll only fall from it. I want someone who will love my Saviour with everything that is in him...and honestly, I want someone who will cherish me. It feels selfish to say it, but if he's not going to consider me as precious to him then I don't need the 'love' he's claiming to give. Because any less would not be true love; it could never be enough. Also, I don't want someone who is desperately searching for a girl, any girl. He needs to be fulfilled enough in God that, though he's looking for his future wife, he is satisfied with being single if that's what God wants. I don't really care what he looks like...looks, in the end, really don't matter. I'd like him to like some of the same things I do - books, movies, hiking, missions, etc...but I don't really have a certain thing in mind. However, I think I'm looking for someone who is called into the ministry, either pastorate or missions or something...and I would love it if he could sing or was musically inclined in some way. Disclaimer: If you have little to nothing about God on your profile, you probably are not my guy, so don't wink at me, because no matter how beautiful or wonderful you happen to be, I CANNOT even THINK about dating a guy who isn't consumed by God.
