Not a whole lot to say. I'm a working class Joe , originally from the great State of Ohio(I've included a photo of the hometown, Dayton), who is chucking away the glamorous factory life this fall and returning to school to become, of all things a tough guy could become, a nurse. It's a bold move that had better be successful otherwise I'll spend my doddering years in life washing lettuce and flipping burgers. I have no predilections and my tastes are as eclectic as they can be given my propensity of late to sit on my can in front of the boob tube watching Seinfeld reruns. I'm working on that. I'm a good 25lb. heavier(and 4 years older) than any of those photos. I'm working on that, too(not the older part. I haven't yet figured out how to turn back time. Still lookin' for my genie bottle on the beach). I like to travel when the opportunity arises. I prefer big cities, baseball games, and historic sites.
I'm a bachelor, so pretty much my hobbies are beer and ballgames. I would like to stretch my horizons a little, but it's tough to get one of the fellas to go to an opera. I bought a guitar but no lessons so I now use it as a coat rack. I have a dog, Jesse, who turns 13 this summer, and I'm worried that she won't see 14. I'm reading "Atlas Shrugged" by Ayn Rand and have decided that if I ever have a daughter I will name her Dagny. I like primary colors-anything in the Crayola 8-pack. Chinese and Mexican are my favorite ethnic foods, although are so mainstream now that they hardly seem ethnic as does, say, Thai or Indian food. I watch the Bengals, The Reds, the Buckeyes, and the Flyers. My job schedule allows me 7 days off at the end of each month so I travel a bit, mostly along the I75 corridor, but I hope to someday travel another interstate, or even a state route. The world sounds interesting in all the brochures and I hope to visit it. I excercise sporadically but with gusto when I do.
