I'm 58, 5'9", 195 lbs, muscular build with a hairy chest. I try to work out regularly and believe in staying in shape. I'm an attorney and practice mainly in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. We cook out, have bonfires on the beach and just do a lot of floating in the water and just chilling.

I am very grateful for my parents for giving me an education. My father was a doctor and my mother a nurse. I admire them both since both came from poor families. My father was first generation Italian from Sicily and worked hard in the small family grocery and put himself through college and medical school. I have always wondered if I had been born in the ghetto would I have had the drive and ambition to pull myself out and make something of myself. I will never know the answer since my parents made sure their three sons got all the education they desired (two lawyers and a financial analyst). Likewise I had three sons and very happy to report all are flying on their own and doing great. I am very, very fortunate that all three of my boys were perfect kids and never were into drugs or got into any serious trouble or did anything that would bring shame to our good and respectful family name, although growing up I was a rebel, wild and did a few crazy things (thankfully those oats did not come back home to roost). All and all I feel very fortunate about my life and had a loving home that did not produce any mental or emotional scars or defects. I have had a good life and have only a few small regrets in my life (like all of us have). The big question I like to ask people: "When you were 21 and saw your whole life before you, did it turn out as you had planned?" No one as ever answered in the affirmative.

I want to meet an interesting, self-assured, fun loving woman between the ages of 45-60. A few extra pounds are OK as long as it is evenly distributed. I like all hair colors but prefer dark hair (auburn or brunette) but all colors are fine. I like intelligent women, but they do not have to have any specific degrees or extended education. Being a lawyer I meet a lot of people without formal education that are brilliant in their work field and very interesting conservationist. I drink socially and prefer her to drink occasionally, but taking a drink is not a requirement. I just prefer an attractive (but not beautiful) lady who likes to sit around and laugh and scratch and have a good time. I do not put on airs or try to impress anyone since I got over that after finishing college. So I don't want anyone that is demanding or nagging or high maintenance.
