I am an intellectual cowboy that likes to philosiphise about happenings in life. I have a deep spiritual connection. I enjoy the outdoors, hiking, biking, kayaking, fishing, horse back riding, etc. I enjoy working on computers during the day and spending time in the country with my dogs in the evenings and on the weekends. I love camping out in nature, prefer primitive camping. I enjoy taking trips to the mountains, spending time in the tall pine forrests of New Mexico or California.
My life is my biggest accomplishment! I started in Northern California in a small ranching community. I came from next to nothing. Hard work and dedication after highschool took me through junior college. I owned my own landscaping business while going to college, working 50+ hours and carrying 15 semester unites for a 4.0 semester. After completing enough units to transfer I moved to San Diego. I moved there with no family and friends. Five and a half years later I have a large circle of friends that I still talk with today. From San Diego I moved to Austin Texas, again no family and no friends. I was looking for a house with land and California's economy was a few steps ahead of me. A year and a half later, I bought 10 acres in Wimberley. Above all enhancing my connection to spirit is my greatest life goal and accomplishment.
My soul mate would be someone who is tough and rugged, yet sensitive and caring. He would be in touch with his emotions and be able to communicate his feelings. He would be some one who shares a spiritual interest, although it does not have to match mine. He would have the courage to take the first step, i.e. be willing to ask me to dance. It would be some one that is comfortable on the ranch working the fence line or at the theater on Broadway. He would be some one who enjoys fine dining, and is not afraid of letting go of a few dollars to enjoy a night together. He would be someone that would allow me to be tough and rugged, yet allow me to be sensitive and weak too. I want a partner that is willing to share joys and the burdens of a relationship 50/50.
