Most recently, I've lost about 40 pounds and 6 inches around my waist since being diagnosed diabetic in late September '04 and changing my lifestyle. My bloodsugar is under control and I'm continuing to lose weight. I'm almost ready to change my body description from a few extra pounds to average!
