About me...? I'm a pretty reserved person. . .in thoughts and beliefs, anyhow. Depending on a situation, I'm slow to warm up to new people. I like to sit back and take in a crowd. I like to go out to a club or bar every once in a while. . .maybe every two weeks. I work two jobs right now, so it doesn't leave a lot of time for hangover recuperation.  : ) I like to stay busy during the day, I'm always setting new goals for myself, and I work hard toward them. In my free time, I usually hang out with friends/family, read (I'll read just about anything), swim, bike ride, things like that. I like to be outdoors, especially in the summer. I just got back from a one day Guadalupe River trip which included beer and laying around in a tube for 4 hours. HEAVEN. : ) Tubing in the Summer has become my favorite activity.
There are a lot of things that I would still like to try, such as: rock climbing, kayaking, whitewater rafting, etc. I want to travel so many places, I can't even keep track of them.

I'd like to meet some people who are down for and excited to try new things, to get outside and go do something. Bowling, putt putt, batting cages, try out a round of golf on a real course, go-carts in the sand hills, road trip to the coast, Rockhounds game. Someone with a sense of balance in their life. Passion is admirable, but not about laziness or over activity to the point of exhaustion. Someone who knows how to balance a busy work/school life with family, friends, and a lover. Someone who wants to try new things and be active, but also knows when and appreciates staying in for the night. As much as we all dislike labels, it's still a way we are able to identify each other. I like feminine girls, or those sort of in between. For the past 10 years, I identified as "butch." My hair never got past an inch long, either. I've since grown to accept myself for me. That's all I am, me. I do tend to behave a little more masculine and take on that role in a relationship. I have some girly things about me, and I embrace them. You just have to accept me for me. I like to take things slow in the beginning and get to know you. Not TOO much good has ever come out of our seemingly universal "Uhaul Policy," has it? I've been hurt before, like you have. I appreciate honesty and loyalty, someone who has integrity in all areas of their life and prides themselves on it. I won't lie to you, and I expect the same courtesy in return.
