Well, Like I said I am a Culinary Art student. I will be graduating college in Febuary of 2009. Shortly after graduating I will be starting the construction on my resturaunt which will be called Chapman's its my family name, and it is also in memory of my Daddy who passed away in 2006. He would of been so very proud.
