What makes me ... well me.  First and foremost I'm very sincere and honest.  At times to a fault I'm sure.  I have a strong sense of who I am, what I will and will not stand for and my own moral code by which I live. I am a cancer which makes me tend to be lead by my gut and my emotional intuition. I am a firm believer in communication and sharing with others, what is on your mind.   I love to learn new things thus why I finally decided to take the plunge and head back to school.  I like to keep myself busy so presently I can be found mostly at work and school.  In my down time I enjoy computer games, my Xbox 360, movies and hanging out with friends.

Well as I stated before, I'm started to work on a degree finally which has taken a lot of tenacity and determination to head back to school after being out so long.  I finally said no excuses and just do it.  I also am in the midst of starting up my own business and having a lot of fun learning new skills and ways of doing things. I love to travel and I have a few trips planned for this year and next year.  I can't wait to go and hopefully share the experience with someone else.

I have been asked a lot recently about what I'm looking for. I guess you could say I'm going through this "phase" in my life where I'm searching for someone with certain characteristics and that will intrigue me. I'm looking for someone that can look beyond themselves and think about others. I am looking for someone that is looking for their partner not just a fling or someone to get them by until the next best things walks through the door. A personality that is full of compassion and caring for someone other than themselves. Being mindful of other's is a big deal to me and sadly seems hard to find in "the gay world" these days. Being capable of communicating what you're feeling and thinking. While I have been working on being more aware of other's, I am afraid I'm not a mind reader. So if something bothers you I want to know about it, even if you'd like to just be left alone to face the problem. Maturity, I have met 19 year olds that would be on par with most 40 year olds and I've met 45 year olds that are worse than a 15 year old. I have learned that age doesn't guarantee that you're a mature individual, it's more based on experiences and beliefs. Also just telling me you're mature does not make it so. This is an area where the proof really is in the pudding. I have very strong personal ethics that emphasise integrity, honestly, self sufficiency and reliability. I give 110% in a relationship and would expect that you would as well. When you're in a relationship you should want the best for each other and encourage each other to be a better person. There will be days when one of you is up and the other is down. So you have to balance each other out. Priorities are a big thing with me as well. My partner, my family and my friends are all extremely important to me. I have worked very hard to build and nurture relationships with my family and friends. They are as protective of me as I am of them. As long as someone makes me happy, they love and accept that person
