I don't generally care for "about me" sections because I find it difficult to believe a person can be truly self-defined, especially within the confines of a few paragraphs. So I suppose I'll cover a few of the basics.

I'm a female-to-male transsexual college student majoring in mathematics so that hopefully in three years I can begin my career as a high school teacher, although I would like to take it further by
teaching abroad. I am also fascinated by foreign cultures and languages; I currently speak English, Spanish and Japanese, and want to become fluent in many languages, including Russian, Arabic, Farsi and Greek. I also write and sing and am very involved in creative activities.

I am a solitary Wiccan, drawing an eclectic mesh of various traditions. I have been studying since early in high school, and it is the path that I've finally found truly fits me. As I live at home
with a Christian family, I do not currently practice most magickal rites, but I try to live
by the Rede. I am also studying holistic medicine and herbal treatments.

I am a social liberal, although my positions are generally not as "black and white" as many liberals I know. I also dream of a single-payer government-funded healthcare system, but I know that unless we can unravel the mess of our government's spending and remove the pork clogging it up, the tax money that otherwise would be plenty to support it will never be utilized properly to create such a
necessary program. I don't go so far as to call myself a fiscal conservative, but rather that I believe a reform of our nation's spending habits is necessary before I am comfortable with what I'm paying into it.
