Well, I am a 50 year old butch that loves femmes. I am caring, honest, passionate and trusting to fault. Lies and dishonesty from my last relationship have cost me a fortune and hurt me terribly. I have a grown daughter and beautiful grandson that mean the world to me. I now own my home place and with that and my kids, I am not willing to relocate. My looks pretty much say who I am. I am just a run-off- the-mill butch that could stand to lose about 20 lbs and I am working on that. Have already lost 20!! I am 5'4' tall, so most of the world is taller than me!! I am just me, who loves the outdoors, camping, fishing and cook outs. I love the beach, mountains and travel. I had the opportunity to travel out west a couple of years ago and loved every minute of it. I love watching sports (too old to play them anymore, lol). NASCAR and football are my favorites. As you can see from my name, Virginia Tech is my favorite college team and life comes to a standstill when they play ball!! Although I am no artist, I do dabble a bit in pyography (wood burning). You know, those name signs that hang at everyone's door? I would so love to make them!! I am no cook, gave that up when I left my ex-(expletive) and came out. Yes, I was a late bloomer, but have my beautiful daughter. I am a courier for a medical diagnostics lab and really enjoy it. Will not make me rich, but I finally feel that I have a job that is helping people. It is so rewarding. I am part Cherokee and love learning about my heritage. Who are the terrorists? I do have a roommate renting a room from me, but am totally single. I am ready to find that one true love to share the golden years with.

My greatest accomplishment is my daughter. She has overcome drug and alcohol addiction to become a very responsible adult and mother. She graduated from college and now is a day care teacher. She was awarded Caretaker of the Year for 2008!! She has given me the most beautiful grandson who will be starting school this year. My life would be nothing without them!
