i'm pretty down to earth and laid back, a huge goof, i'm always cracking jokes, like to make people smile, i don't stress much. when i'm not busy working i play rugby, lift weights, paint, draw, play my drums, hang out with friends, go to concerts, museums, galleries, and spend quiet time in coffee shops. i'm like a cadberry egg, tough on the outside, soft on the inside. ;0)
I have been painting my whole life, but recently was commisioned for the first time. That was very exciting!
I am about to start my fourth year of medical school. I plan to go into Family Medicine because I am compassionate and it just feels right. I spent a month in Ecuador with an international medicine program providing free medical care to those in need.
Before I landed in the frozen tundra of Vermont for my current adventure, I served with honor in the US Navy and earned the Navy achievement medal amongst many others. I've seen several different cities around the world. Before that I was an analytical chemist. I graduated with a BS in Biology with dual minor in chemistry and greek and roman civilizations magna cum laude (with high honors).
I guess those are pretty nerdy things to "brag" about, but that's what I've got, and I am what I am. :0)
