I am a self-sufficient single mom and maintain my own home.  I am raising my daughter all on my own - by choice. Being able to support myself and my daughter is very important to me.  I take pride in my independence, but also desire to have that "someone special" to share this life with.  I am completely up front and honest from the very beginning regarding my strengths and my faults, and when it comes to both our expectations in a relationship. An honest and loyal man will definitely melt my heart and trigger my wild side. I have two sons who are both in the military.  One is in the Air Force, and the other is in the Army.  I am extremely proud of them.   I also have three year old little girl who is the light of my life.  And although she was quite unexpected, especially this late in life, I can't imagine my life without her.  My children are the absolute priority in my life.  I was married for seventeen years, and led a pretty sheltered life.  I recently learned how to "live life" all over again, but did it on my own terms.  Now that I have "the basics" all in order (again), I would very much like to meet someone who would enjoy riding out this crazy ride of life with me.  Are you one of the last heroes left out there?  

My idea of a hero is an honest, loyal, and decent person who believes in and is respectful of the "karma" affect on all our lives.  I'm not one for making quick judgements when it comes to people, so I'm all for taking chances when it's worth it.  The only thing I am picky about is someone's sense of honor.  Everything else is just "gravy".  If you are my kind of hero, then I am more than interested!
