For a guy to be my friend, he'd have to have these qualities: 1. Enjoys the same outdoor activities I do (hiking, swimming, boating, etc) 2. Enjoys and understands political and religious discussion/likes debate a little or a lot 3. Has a good sense of humor For a guy to be more than my friend, he'd have to have the above qualities, plus: 4. Enjoys philosophical conversation/discussion. 5. There would be a sense of chemistry. Chemistry is very important. You know that feeling you get when you meet someone and you can instantly trust them and are drawn to them? That's what it would have to be like. 6.
