I'm a funloving, easy going woman. I like to live on the lighter side of life. Love to laugh, am a social butterfly, free spirit. I enjoy power walking, concerts, a variety of music, creative writing, painting. Like to dine out or stay in and fix a new recipe. Like to travel, take day hikes; explore the outdoors. Enjoy mueseums; antiquing & garage saling. Am in the second phase of my life; rediscovering who I am; where I'm going and learning to enjoy everyday life. I have a huge heart; live quite simply; but have an indepth spirit.
I take pride in the small accomplishments that happen daily. I try to be goal oriented; have been living independently on my own for the past 5 1/2 years... after being in a marriage for 20. That sounds silly probably; but it hasn't been an easy journey; but here I am; alive & kicking... it's only just beginning!
This is not written in stone; but I would like to meet a gentleman who has similar interests. Has a great sense of humor, good demeanor; likes to get out & go.. but can also enjoy "down times". I would hope the person is solid, has a job, drives and lives independently. Understands that life is a journey; and the only things that stay the same is change. Has a willingness to grow; will take time to get to know each other... and isn't in a hurry to develop a relationship.
