Like everyone else, I find this part somewhat difficult. I spent 14 years being married to a woman, before I could finally begin the process of accepting who I was and coming out. I've been out since 2002, and couldn't be happier. My friends and family are SO terrific - my closest friends are ALWAYS on my case to get out and start dating more! I have some workaholic tendencies, so I do tend to work a lot. I play hard too -- I'm trying to get a jazz combo off the ground (I play sax), I decided to try my hand at acting so have started doing auditions to see what trouble I can get into there, and then I try to get out to go hiking and travel about the world as often as I can too. I am a slow hiker though -- I am also a nut about taking pictures, so I am always snapping photos and doing editing and uploading. Slows me down a bit! I've been taking photography lessons from a professional friend of mine too, which has been a blast! I'm a 6'5 guy that tips in at close to 300 pounds, so I am not petite physically, or personality-wise. I love to laugh, love to talk, love to be with friends and family. I am always joking around with my friends and coworkers. I'm a romantic -- holding hands at the movies, cuddling up to watch TV, snuggling in bed with a book, long walks together, quiet dinners, big hugs...those are some things I like a lot.

I think I said a lot of this in the other areas -- I play sax, like photography, love to travel and have been many places in the world, love day trips and road trips also, getting into acting, do some hiking, and I work. I'm about to be an uncle -- but I guess that's my brother's accomplishment more than mine! :)

I like men -- regular, motherhood-and-apple-pie types of fellows. Masculine, kind, playful, passionate, genuine men with a real sense of who they are tend to draw me in. I like youthful features and youthful attitude. Someone with real depth of character yet who still has a lighter side with a big sense of humor. Great kisser doesn't hurt either! :)
