About my life: I'm 51 years old and have been widowed(cancer) since 2005(I was married for 24 1/2 years), so I know what loyalty and commitment(through good times and bad) mean in a relationship.  I have two grown step-children and two grandchildren.  I'm not looking to find a replacement for my wife, but it's time I move on with my life. About me: I'm a 5'10" 200 lb. yahooer with salt and pepper hair that I keep cut short and blue eyes. I have a moustache. I don't shave every day(I just don't like shaving) so I usually look pretty scruffy. I have false teeth that I don't wear(someday I'll get another set). I prefer jeans or casual wear. My left kidney was removed(cancer) in May of 2006.  People say I have a dry sense of humour. Outdoors I enjoy going for walks, fishing, golfing and riding motorcycle. I enjoy movies, but don't like to go to the theatre to see them. I don't like winter(too long and cold), but I would rather shovel snow than mow grass. About who I am: I'm usually pretty quiet, shy and reserved until I get to know someone, then just quiet and reserved. I'm a better listener than I am a talker. I like to keep things simple. I consider myself to be very affectionate, caring, compassionate, considerate, devoted, easy-going, friendly, gentle, honest, humorous, kind, laid back, loving, loyal, non-judgemental, respectful, sensitive, sentimental,  serious and understanding in a relationship.
