I'd prefer someone who has kid(s). Although I won't disregard someone who doesn't just as long as they understand one thing: I may seem busy all the time because of my kids, but if you don't mind my kids being around I have a lot of free time. I want someone who is honest. Someone who values alone time just as much as time spent together. Someone who has a good personality and a good outlook on life. You must have a sense of humor.
