My friends tell me that I am one who is probably most likely to be trusted with the worlds most critical secrets and tasks.  I'm not exactly sure what that all means, but I like to think it is a reflection of my integrity and character.  I try to treat all people with respect and try to make everyone around me feel that my presence has made the difference for the better in any situation.  I thrive on the trust and love of others and will do anything to ensure that it is well deserved. I learned from my Grandfather many years ago that when we die, we will not be judged by how much we did for ourselves, but by how much we did for others.  If your funeral has many people showing up, you did right in life.  If your funeral has just a handful of visitors, then you missed the whole idea for living. I guess I should mention hobbies.  Here are some of mine: Computers, Reading, Bicycle Riding, Animals of all kinds, Hiking, Fishing, Whitewater rafting, Camping, Photography, Woodworking, Model building, Gardening, Traveling. I like to go dancing(although I know I am not very good at it), eating good food at fine restaurants, going to movies and clubs, shooting pool, swimming, shopping for the best things in life, trying to cook, making my yard look great, sitting on the porch and thinking how great life is. I don't have any pets at this time simply because I believe that animals(especially cats and dogs) have feelings. To me it is not a good thing to leave a loving animal home all day while I am at work.  Even worse is when I must go away on a business trip.  So, I choose not to have a pet till I know that even if it is home all day by itself, it will get plenty of love and attention when I, and hopefully a significant other, come home. I figure the only quirk I have to relate here is the fact that I choose not own a TV

I am a computer systems analyst/programmer.  I currently work for a contractor in support of the Air National Guard to maintain critical computer and communications systems. Some of my associates consider me to be a "voodoo doctor" in my field because for every problem that has been handed to me that seemed impossible to solve, I have come up with a solution that was effective, efficient, and usually not very expensive. Recently, I purchased my first new home.  I am still getting used to the whole place, but so far I have no regrets.  I need help on interior decorating.  Wanna help?

I will talk about anything, with anyone, at any age, and I assure you that I am not a rude or obnoxious person by nature. Now then, back to this subject.Gosh, I dunno...  First, she has to have a sense of humor and a love for the good things in life.  Her love and respect for people should always be obvious and sincere.  Someone who I can be proud to be associated with because of the genuine love and respect other people around us have for her.  She has to have standards in life, but also understanding and caring enough to deal with other peoples standards in a respectful way. I would hope she would also be ambitious in some way about any vocation that strikes her fancy.  I am truly fascinated by women who try to pursue excellence in their chosen profession. Even if they don't have a specific profession at this time, I guess I would still be enamoured by them if they simply dedicated time to improving themselves intellectually and educationally in an effort to be a leader in some field in the future.  One never knows where life will take them, but not moving in any direction usually does not help in finding a path of success and happiness.
