My "dream" man would be tall, slender with darker features (I did say "dream" there), especially the eyes.  Very descriptive eyes; very expressive eyes.  He would be willing to talk about himself freely and to listen to me freely also.  I don't believe in holding anything back in order to know someone and he shouldn't either.  We should have many of the same interests and goals.  He would have a good job or be retired with enough money to live on plus enough for a fun date now and then.  I like to try new things and am willing to at least consider something new when he brings it up but not begrudge me if I don't want to.  I would like to meet someone who likes to read, listen to music, have at least a likeness for history and find pleasure in an afternoon walk/picnic in the woods.  I also love a man who enjoys being close to his partner and believes holding hands and talking sexy isn't just for the bedroom or sex.  A romantic man who is kind and considerate.  I've spent 25 years under verbal abuse and wouldn't be able to take a second of that.  Understanding of our faults, open-ness in thought and not believing white lies are ok.  There's more here I could say too but I hope your door is open and your candle lit.  Thank you.
