I have 3 beautiful daughters and soon darling grandchildren. I have been ... since 1979, and as a single mother, I had enough on my plate. I figured that a sex life was just too complicating. I chose to remain single while I was raising my children.
I was a teacher in Lutheran schools for 23 years, teaching 1st and 2nd graders. I finally burned out and retired for a while, and am currently cashiering, but also considering a job as teacher aide with older children, 5th and 6th graders :)
I live in the Rocky Mountains in the same town as my oldest daughter, 2 of my grand kids and my Mother and Dad. My mother suffers from dementia and I try to help my Dad take care of her. For the time being, I need to remain nearby. I love it here, anyway, but for someone special, I might consider relocating, when my Dad no longer needs me.
The most exciting thing that happened to me lately is that upon my retirement, my school kids gave me money help me go to the UK. I love the Harry Potter series and I got to travel to England and Scotland and see so many wonderful things. I hope to go back again someday.
My children are my greatest accomplishment, and their children are my pride and joy. I love visiting them, and consider traveling to ND and TX to see my other grandchildren money well spent.
I hope to meet someone who is a sincere Christian. Someone who is politically, financially and socia...ervative. A man who is both strong and gentle. One who is patient but decisive. I need a man who is at least as smart as, or even smarter than I am, and who doesn't put on the "dumb act." One who won't assume that sex is just recreational activity, because for me it is much more than that and reserved for committed relationships only.
