Release Agreement

TRUEBeginnings, LLC ("True") has informed the undersigned ("Person") of True's desire to write and publish one or more articles and related works incorporating Person's personal experience with True's online dating services (collectively the "Work"). In connection therewith, True requests, and Person agrees to grant to True, one or more interviews to discuss such experiences of Person, and Person agrees to otherwise cooperate with True in connection with the Work, including relating Person's personal experiences, remarks, and recollections, as well as providing any photographs and documents that Person may choose, to True (the "Interview Materials") to be used in connection with the Work and as otherwise permitted herein.

Person hereby grants and assigns to True, and its affiliates, licensees, successors and assigns, the following rights in connection with the Interview Materials for use as part of the Work, and/or in any advertising, packaging, or promotional materials relating to the Work and/or True and its services, in any and all editions, versions, and media, in perpetuity and throughout the world:

1. The right to quote or paraphrase all or any portion of the Interview Materials, and to generally use and publish the Interview Materials, including Person ’s experiences, recollections, incidents, remarks, characters, dialogue, actions, scenes, situations, and information, as well as any photographs and documents that Person may give to True;
2. The right to use Person ’s name, image, voice, likeness, and biographical data in the Work or in connection therewith;
3. The right to develop, produce, distribute, advertise and promote the Work as an article or as part of a book or any other work in any manner that True deems appropriate.

Person understands, acknowledges and agrees that True will be the sole owner of all copyright and other rights in and to the Work. Person further understands, acknowledges and agrees that, by submitting one or more photographs to True, Person grants to True a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, copy, publish, display, distribute, adapt, modify or otherwise exploit such photographs and to incorporate the photographs in the Work, as well as any advertising, packaging, or promotional materials relating to the Work and/or True and its services. Person hereby waives any rights of attribution, integrity or otherwise with respect to True's copying, publishing, displaying or otherwise utilizing such photographs.

In order to enable True to develop the Work in a manner that True deems appropriate, Person hereby releases and discharges True and its affiliates, licensees, officers, employees, representatives, agents, successors and assigns, from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action with respect to any material contained in the Work, or any of the above uses with respect to the Work and the Interview Materials, including any claims based on the right of privacy, the right of publicity, copyright, libel, slander, or any other right.

In consideration of the foregoing, True agrees to provide Person with one free copy of the Work upon its initial publication. Person acknowledges and agrees that Person shall not be entitled to receive any other form of payment from True in connection with the Work, the Interview Materials, and any use thereof by True pursuant to the terms hereof.

This Interview Release Agreement (this "Agreement") shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas. All disputes hereunder shall be resolved in the applicable state or federal courts of Texas. The parties hereto consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts, agree to accept service of process by mail, and waive any jurisdictional or venue defenses otherwise available.

This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties, and revokes and supersedes all prior agreements between the parties and is intended as a final expression of their agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof. This Agreement shall not be modified or amended except in writing signed by both parties hereto and specifically referring to this Agreement.

Person hereby affirms that he/she fully understands the contents hereof and agrees that this Agreement shall be binding on Person, his/her heirs, legal representatives and assigns.
